"Raiders" changed me in two ways. First it helped me in the early days of my dreaming to become a writer. My first novel (never finished) was a very Indy-type adventure about a search for a large diamond in several exotic locations around the world. Though I never completed it I still think back on it whenever I doubt my talent; my old writing class thought it had a lot of potential.
