It seems new when I bot it at the surplus store here in Olympia, but I wish the flap was not so long. The strap looks just like from the movies exept its green webbing. The store owner charged me only $8.00. The snaps are painted black and they are flat like a penny. No drain holes. Its nice. Non-Indyfans wouldnt know the difference. (unless they are a ww-2 vet)
