I haven't heard anything about cut scenes (although, that would be great). I do know that the set will have stuff like behind-the-scenes footage and interviews with people like Spielberg, Ford and Lucas (although, I'm not sure if all of it will be on a fourth tape or if each movie will have its own segment on that movie).
