Toy syndicate won't deliver Indy figures

Beware toysyndicate.com. They claim they will ship the new Toys Mccoy figures in August but I ordered one in July and still haven't gotten it. Worse yet, they won't even respond to my emails. To those Indy fans looking to get the new 12" Indiana Jones figure look somewhere else.
