He's often at conventions and stuff, when he really doesn't have to be. He's also often willing to talk to fans when others in his position would ignore them. I think he really is into the stuff he's doing, but Lucas and Spielburg leave him out of the loop. Just my 2 cents. All I know is that he has been REALLY nice to the fans when it came to the new Star Wars movie and everyone's questions. He's done a lot of online chats and extra little things like that.
