I have the requisite book, and I am willing to part with it
for $10. I can mail it off as soon as you need it. Check or money
order accepted. Interested? Book is in very good condition, it has
a perfect cover, no missing or torn pages. (The only flaw is at the
bottom of the back cover: there is a bit of the surface missing over
the bar code where I took the price tag off. Sorry, the glue was STRONG!)
