Did Indy ever say how his name evolved in Young Indy?

I was wondering if he ever explained to anybody how he wanted to be named after the dog.I know they showed the dog in Last Crusade,but did he ever get into a deep conversation about it.I forgot.Please help.

"Henry Jones Juinor"-Henry Sr.
"I like Indiana"-indy.
"We named the dog Indiana"-Henry Sr.
"You are named after the dog...Haha"-Sallah.
