Kenner vs. Toy Syndicate (?)

Is Toy Syndicate the advertisement thingie at the front of this great page? Anyway, I saw a Kenner doll that looks JUST like Han Solo but in Indy atire. It was pretty nice- but didn't have all the "memorabilia" of Toy Syndicate's. Can someone please inform me a bit on Kenner and Toy Syndicate? I made my own Indy doll, (as have said before-sorry) but it just isn't the "same". at least can someone tell me where I can buy mini-fedoras?? Thank you so very much!!
