Grail Diary info

Can anyone tell me where I can find scans of the Grail Diary from the PC game. Also I was looking for pages of the actual prop, not including what is in the Lucasfilm book. Also the items/articles in the prop (tickets,etc.) I have recreated about 40% of the book by hand so any help to finish would be great.
