: I probably seen every single episode! The best was when he sold his Blind Melow Jelly records. Hehe. Did you also nostice a huge similarity with Star Wars and Sanford and Son? Luke and Lamont both don't have a good relation ship with their father, their initials are both LS, Fred always talks about his junk yard being an empire, The not too well known(and deceased) character of Elizabeth is like the mom of Luke and Leia(In the original trilogy), both are deceased. There was even one episode where Lamont is thought to have a lost sister. Lamont is in his thirties and never leaves his father, Luke was whining like anything to go to the academy and get off this rock. And his friend Rollo has some similarities to Han Solo. Well see ya's, Shorty.
: "That's crazy! They ought to call you crazy Grady!" -Lamont, Sanford and Son.

Okay, Shorty. Some of your connections are tenuous at best, but I see
the point. But come on; Rollo like Han Solo? That's going a bit too
far out on a limb for me. Anyway, I'm a bit of a Sanford and Son fan
myself, so I'll end this post with a quote from the late, great Sanford.
"This is it, Elizabeth! I'm coming to join you, Sweety!"

P.S. Let's not forget that both Sanford and SW had awesome instrumental
theme songs.
