In the book,'Making of Raider', You will notice a picture of the film crew filming what is apparently the riding-the-sub scene. As to how to get a copy of the outtakes, good luck. The swordsman scene we are familiar with has been smei-released, in the making-of video. And no, it wasn't the heat, it was.....his intestinal misundertanding. As for the scene with Sallah, this is the first I have heard of it. Guess I should read that script again.......
