Oh god that would be awful! The thing with Bond is, that he was a character in a book before he was Sean Connery. Harrison has kind of made the part his own.

Also Bond isn't set in any time period at all - at no point does it say 1963 or 1999 (although I believe there is some millennium thing in the new one). We just associate the film with the time period because of the fashions and things. I think Indy in the seventies would be hideous.
