BEN BURT SOUND FX

According to a Ben burt documentary I saw years and years ago,THE WHIP sound fx were created using the sound of a couple different jet fighters passing overhead. That WHoooooSSSH Crack!!!! was the jet sound sped up and altered. Interesting. I also remember that the sound of the boulder rolling after Indy was the sound of a rubber tire rolling across gravel.
Anyone remember that cool making of documentary with that song Memories, Friends and Eight by tens.... Also, how does one get a copy of that stunt show that Harrison hosted. I remember him wearing tight jeans and sporting a beard...
