Sorry, pal. I've spent may a late night, endlessly searching the web until the wee hours of the morning - and all I've been able to find is fan-made scripts. Some of them aren't a bad read, but they're not what you're looking for. The closest thing would be "Indiana Jones and the Saucer Men from Mars" - which has all the earmarks of an actual screenplay (one that probably began as one of Lucas' whims... which thankfully ended up not panning out). There's a synopsis you can read on this website by regular Indyfan "walker". I know he has a copy, so they've got to be out there somewhere... but I've never been able to find one.
