Re-release Personal Problem!

Naturally, I already own the original copies of the Indy trilogy, but my question is, if I already have the full screen version, should I get the widescreen version next week? The main point here is: will the full screen version be noticeably different (cleaned-up) than the copies I already have, or should I go for widescreen for a totally different experience?

Also, how come the Canadian / American versions get a Young Indy video with the Trilogy while overseas gets THE MAKING OF RAIDERS? Is the trilogy the only way to get Chapter 18? If not, then that's a big rip-off! I'd rather get the making will the trilogy and get Chapter 18 separately!
