Actually, WWII Impressions, run by Juan Gonzalez in California, is a well-known company to myself and other WWII re-enactors. I believe the shoes are $125.00; just be prepared to wait a little while as they are not known to be the speediest company for filling orders.
You are looking at the 'US Army "Reproduction Russet brown Field Service Shoes, Type 2 New 6" D width".
Personally, I think WWII Combat boots are great!
I also have a possible lead on a supplier high-quality WWI/ M1906 marching boots which are very similar and maybe even closer to Indy's if anyone is interested.
