Did Tim Allen wear the Raider's jacket in "HI"???

Has anybody an idea what leather jacket Tim Allen wears in the early season(s) of "Home Improvement"?
I watched an episode last night and noticed that the jacket he was wearing looks very similar to the famous Raider's jacket.
Any comments?
