There have been a few posts in the past regarding substitutes for Aldens. My advice, you'll save more in the long run with a pair of Aldens. Unless you don't intend to wear your boots often, you'll go through two pairs of inexpensive boots before needing your Aldens resoled or reheeled - right there you payed for a pair of Aldens. Save the $$$ for a pair of Aldens.

: I just dont have the mney to run out and buy $190 dollar boots. I am looking for a pair that is looks close to them, but cheaper.
