Toys Mccoy Indiana Jones

The re-release of the Indy flicks has rekindled my interest in Indiana Jones collectables. It didn't take me long to stumble across the pictures of the Toys Mccoy Indiana Jones figure. However, all the toy stores are sold out (Toy sindicate, Toymaniacs, etc). Does anyone know if this figure is available anywhere? (at a limit edition of 3000, I know that the odds are against me!)

p.s. Why can't Hasbro sculpt figures like this?
