I sent a note to Peter Botwright recently about ordering an Indy jacket. I sent e-mail via Wested's Compuserve address on October 30 and faxed it (just for good measure) the following Monday. How does Wested generally follow up on questions related to pending orders?
I'm not impatient, but I would like to make sure the order and questions were received and get the old boulder rolling, as it were. Suggestions?
