anything goes - who sings it?

i was looking over the soundtrack credits to TOD, and was wondering, who actually sang "anything goes" in chinese at the beginning? it couldn't have been kate capshaw, could it? it just seems rather unlikely, but i didn't see any mention of a singer at all. does anyone know?
