LucasFilm hat

In the most recent issue of the Star Wars Insider, there was an article about one of the people involved with the production of Episode 1. Now to my point--in the pics of this LucasFilm employee, he is wearing a pretty awesome LucasFilm cap. Does anyone know if these are available to the public somewhere?

You can probably only get them from the employee store at LucasFilm--if there is such a thing. Anyway...
