Assuming Indy 4 is made about Atlantis...

I don't think Lucas cares about the game, because he doesn't consider it canon. If he wants to make an Indy 4 about Atlantis, who are we to say he can't? (they better do a better job than the great Fate of Atlantis though, or I'll be upset!)
