Actually it was Indymusic's old site:

http://homes.arealcity.com/indymusic/

...which seems however to be the main page of

http://indymusic.8m.com/ , which is Indymusic currently of course.

Up until a few days ago the old site advertised the full Indymusic guide but contained the full TOD soundtrack in Mp3 (128kbps, 44,1 Khz). I guess the new complete site should have it also, once opened. You'll just have to wait a few days :-).
