Is the antique goat skin cooper basically the same material as the distressed Wested?

I still am so confused by all these different types of leather. I already have a new finish raiders jacket from Wested. But I do want a distressed looking Indy Jones jacket also. So would it be wise to go with the antique goat skin Cooper, because so many of you have said the Wested pre-distressing looks unnatural. Which jacket looks the best distressed. Is the Wested in any finish you wear the superior jacket? Thanks Johanne
