How do I get the pulley in the Volcano level

Hi, everybody:

I am playing the Infernal Machine and don't know how to proceed.
Indy says he need a replacement for the PULLEY in front of the cable car. But I cannot find one. I follow the Map's hint to the X-spot,
and there is a STRANGE WOODEN BOX. What should I do know?
Should I break the BOX by sonething?

Who complete this part of game please tell me.
