I need help at the snowy Russian Frontier!

Hey!
I shoot down all the the russian soldiers and I opened the door to the water (I don't know how because you'll die in the water)... and I can't go up because it's too steep! I've waited for a truck but nothing was coming!! So what to do now!! I think it has something to do with the boxes in the underground room but I pushed them around and nothing happened...
