Other "Indy" Hats

Does anyone here have any info about some of the 'other' hats from the Trilogy, (ie. Toht's Fedora, Belloq's panama hat, and Indy's gray fedora from Raiders, Fedora's fedora from LC, Sallah's Fez, Henry's hat, etc) Is there any place that has info on these hats? Did Herbert Johnson make any of them? If so, do they still offer them? Any info would really help, THANKS!
