Shambala Sanctuary

I have been stuck in the Shambala Sanctuary for days. When I try and climb up the wooden platforms from the bottom, I can only get up two levels on either t he right or left set of platforms. I am than not high enough to jump to the moving platform. What is the trick to this. It is driving me mad.
