Young Indy: Strange Mistake?

Recently I have seen Young Indy and the Attack of the Hawkmen for the first time (this episode has not been aired in Austria).
Reading the cover (and later the official webpage) I noticed a very strange thing: It says "Austria 1917". This must be a mistake. The episode plays in France and Germany (Hannover) but not in Austria.
