Okay, one more big stupid question. How do you make an international call. I've sent Peter several e-mails, but apparently (from what I've gathered here) he doesn't answer e-mail. I've tried dialing the 0044 number, and only get the strange busy signal. I've even tried looking it up in the phone book, but when I try their directions, I get nothing.

Also, who has the best rates to call overseas?
