I tried my best to ignore internet news on "Menace" too and for the most part I succeeded. The only things I had heard about and wished I didn't were little things like finding out Anakin built 3PO. I would have liked to have been surprised on that one, but that was just small stuff. I purposely kept myself in the dark about most of it until I saw the movie (and it was worth the effort).
