Mark Allen Bullwhip

I am interested in buying a Mark Allen bullwhip when I get the money, I have two questions:

1) When you actually crack it, does it make the "cutting air" sound and crack that it makes in the movies (as I hear the David Morgan does)?
2) Is it pre-made, making it ship out quicker, or do you have to wait to get it hand-made?
