I agree, a leather jacket goes with almost anything. You can even wear it at formal occasions (with slacks, a tie, and a good pair of shoes). Have you ever played the game, Silent Hill? The main character, Harry Mason, wears a nice waist-length brown leather jacket and blue jeans. Ever since I saw that, I thought that it looks pretty damn cool wearing a leather jacket with jeans. And, like S. William said, never, EVER wear it with shorts. That would look just plain ridiculous.
