The sleeves should hang just below your wrist, and maybe halfway betwen your wrist and the top knuckle on your thumb. I determined this by carefull viewing of Raiders and consulting with my local tailor. I actually had to have mine shortened.

By the way, it should be real easy to lengthen it a little bit. Most tailors don't charge much for it, and it would look better. Mine was faalso a little tight across the chest, as I am a fitness buff, but I have allready stretched it out a little, so it is just right.
