The draft is not alleged. In my capacity as a radio talk show host I took the liberty of contacting LucasFilm PR. They told me that "a wonderful writer named Jeffrey Boam" had turned in a draft of the latest Indiana Jones film that Lucas, Spielberg, and Ford were "very excited" about.
