: I don't think there are three different brim sizes. A fedora is usually longer in the front, narrower on the sides, and even narrower in the back...hence the 2 3/4, 2 5/8, and 2 1/2" dimensions. This would mean 2 3/4 in the front, 2 5/8 on the sides, and 2 1/2 in the back (or I might have 2 5/8 and 2 1/2 reversed. It may be 2 5/8 in the back, and 2 1/2 on the sides...not sure).

I have ordered one, and I think those brim sizes are 3 separate sized hats. I went with the 2 3/4 as this is the correct width. I have seen the same sizes in other dress hats, so thats why I say this. Stay tuned for a product report. Steve
