I know this quote isn't exactly loved and reverred, but I love it anyway. The part where Mola Ram speaks in Hindi just before Indy and Short Round get whipped. Ya know: "Maro Maro Surecho! Chamuree knotcho beato whomb!!" (I doubt very much that was spelt right :) It always sends shivers down my spine and an adrenaline rush!! :)

As for #2, I might have to go with Short Round although that's really not a very good comparison of the two. They both are terrific, but they are very different.

For #3, as my brother previously said, you should have included all 12 released Young Indy's. My fav.'s would be Treasure of the Peacock's Eye and The Phantom Train of Doom.
