My personal fav is Crusade. I know it's a lot like Raiders, but does have a few unique touches. Temple would be my favorite if it weren't for one little thing: Where's Sallah? Nowhere to be found! Another character missing is Marcus Brody; surely he would have been interested in the Sankara stones (even if he DID get lost in his own museum).
