The few things I would consider buying at the outlet would be tee-shirts, Indy novels, jackets, postcards, and these trendy Mayan tablets for $75.
Sure, it IS a great Indy shop, (the only one I know of) but unless you want to ignore your values as being an "Indyfan", PLEASE ignore the dreadful tear-drop crowned fedoras they sell there.
