My vote for worst line has got to be "follow me, I know the way". which brody says in the last scene in Last Crusade.

Close Second has to be the Charlemagne speech by Connery in the same movie. I keep waiting for Indy to say something like "yeah, okay".

Strangely enough, those are the only two times I can even think of as being somewhat annoying (they aren't that bad). The Indy movies are just about perfect!
