Wested in Canada?

My Jacket was sent out on February 29th and Peter gave me a tracking number so I went to parcelforce.com and it said that my package was sent on its way already. My question is - how do I track its whereabouts now as I am in Canada? I am super anxious about getting this jacket - even more so now that I know that it is really on its way!!

I ordered this jacket because of the peer influence from all of you guys and gals so I hope it lives up to the high standards (which i am pretty sure it will!).
