Wested Jacket ???

I have a couple questions regarding the ordering process of the Raiders jacket, that may be some of you folks can help me with. I remember reading a post a while back saying that some one had trouble calling Wested from the United States, because the number listed for Wested Leather had no area code or something like that. Are there any tips or other bits of information that I should know before when calling? Also Considering that its a custom tailored item, has Wested ever mentioned a return policy, in case there was a problem with size, or over all dissatisfaction (Although from what I have read and seen I doubt that is likely to happen). BTW, When I call, do I need to ask For Peter, Directly?
