I love my HJ hat. It's so sad that people are having so many problems with them now. My experience with them was great. of course, I had mine within a week of ordering it. As I've said before, I was a little stunned when I opened the box and looked at the hat hat for the first time. It was just so perfect! I knew that I wouldn't have to look for another hat. Just my opinion.
