Infernal Machine tech. question...

Hi:
I have a problem with 'Infernal Machine' and the Lucasarts support page is down, so if anyone can help here, I'd appreciate it. Basically Indy and some objects, such as blocks etc...are transparant, like they're ghosts...I'm not sure how to rectify this, so any thoughts would be super.
