Actually, no. Nor does Sam 'n' Max, Day of the Tentacle or any other talkie from Lucasarts... It's not really a question of getting it to "run" per se; I can run the game with certain sound settings, but the music is ALWAYS f***ed, even if the graphics and voices work...
