They arrived today with my bag and belt. I've got to say that Noel sells some quality stuff.

My pants are a 34" waist, the unfinished inside leg actually measures a little over 35" but you'd need to take at least an inch up to finish them. I've actually only got a 32" waist but longer legs; but these pants fit quite nicely at the top.
If this doesn't help contact Noel, he'll sort you out.
