: I spoke to Mr. Noel Howard on the phone yesterday, and I must emphasize(sp?) what everyone has said about him... he is truly a gentleman to take time out of his day to talk to me about a pair of pants!! He was incredibly gracious, and answered all my questions without ever seeming that I was taking up his time. For info, Mr. Howard stated that even though I wear a size 30" waist, the pants legs all have about 36" inches of material; more than enough for sizing. Sorry for my ramblings, but anyone who hasn't yet done business with Noel and plans to in the future, it will be the most pleasant time you've ever had giving up your hard earned cash!!
