Temple of Doom is the weakest of the trilogy IMHO but it's still much better than most Indiana Jones wannabe films like The Mummy and Stargate (yes, some lamebrained reviewer thought it was like an Indiana Jones flick in space. The TV show was a different kettle of fish and I never warmed to it but a lot of people did. If you didn't come to it expecting to see Raiders all over again, it's kind of OK.

: Oh yes it can. Look at Alien. Nobody thought anyone could make a movie worse than Alien 3, but then Jeunet made the Resurrection, one of the worst sequels in history of films. And Temple isn't so bad, the whole Young Indy series/videos are much worse.
