I was shown this CD in England a couple of months ago. Apparently there are only a few thousand copies in existence. The store where I was shown it was Movie Boulevard, 3 Cherry Tree Walk, Leeds, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND. LS2 7EB. Tel ENGLAND (0113) 2422888. I remember it was about £20 - £30, and it would appear to be quite a collector's item.
